Happy Trolley-ween! Visitors are encouraged to get in the spirit of the season and wear a costume to the National Capital Trolley Museum! Join us for some good October fun — make Halloween crafts (and learn about street car signal lights), ride an antique street car, and take advantage of photo ops!
